These terms cover your use of Offside, including the website, iOS app, and related APIs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What Offside is
Offside is a fantasy hockey tool. It helps you build draft lists, run mock drafts, follow live picks, and review past seasons. It is not a betting product, not an official NHL or team product, and not a substitute for your league host (Fantrax, Yahoo, or others).
Accounts
You can sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete the account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that is abused, automated, or used to break these terms.
Leagues and connections
If you connect Fantrax, Yahoo, or another host, you are granting Offside permission to read the league data needed to rank players and show reviews. Keep those credentials private. You remain responsible for following that host's rules.
Rankings and projections
Rankings, mocks, and season reviews are estimates built from public NHL data and Offside projections. They can be wrong. Use them as a tool, not a guarantee of draft or season results.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service
- Do not share another person's account or league credentials
- Do not use Offside to harass people or break the law
The service
Offside is provided as-is. Features can change, and the service can be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, Offside is not liable for lost drafts, missed picks, ranking errors, or indirect damages from using the app.
